With Linn County/Ely under an Ice Storm Warning from midnight tonight, Friday December 13, through 3:00pm Saturday December 14 - we are requesting residents to not park on city streets during that time period. City staff was out today pre-treating certain areas around town. Early Saturday morning, staff will start salting and sanding the streets and will continue, as needed, throughout the day. If you must travel, do so with caution. Stay safe out there everyone!
