Road Closure Hooper Avenue and Church Road 
All traffic going south on Brick Blvd into Toms River will be diverted down Yorktown Blvd due to a complete closure of all four lanes of Hooper Avenue at the intersection of Church Road. Toms River PD handling a crash at that intersection. The closure is expected to last for at least two hours.
