* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As temperatures rise above freezing late this afternoon and early this evening precipitation will change to all rain. Some icy spots may linger on untreated road and sidewalks for a time even after air temperatures rise above freezing. This is due to the initially very cold pavement temperatures being slower to rise above freezing than the air temperatures.
