Officers responded to the area on a report of a hit and run. Officers contacted the driver, who was visibly intoxicated. The suspect refused to comply with officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Geraldo Ruiz, 36, for resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
