A juvenile victim was riding his bicycle in the area of the call location. He was confronted by the suspect, who demanded his bicycle and property. The victim attempted to flee but was caught by the suspect and assaulted. A citizen stopped to help the victim, and the suspect fled. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
