INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Mail
LOCATION: 13000 block of Arrow Rte, unincorporated Fontana
SUSPECT: Lucy Estrada, age 50, an unhoused resident of unincorporated Fontana
SUMMARY: On Saturday, December 14, 2024, at about 11:14 a.m., Fontana Station deputies responded to a suspicious person call near the 13000 block of Arrow Rte., unincorporated Fontana. The reporting party witnessed a subject pushing a shopping cart, opening mailboxes and taking mail.
Deputies responded and located Lucy Estrada. Estrada was found to be in possession of stolen mail belonging to over 20 different victims. Estrada was arrested, transported, and booked at West Valley Detention Center for mail theft.
