Residents, please be aware that tomorrow, Tuesday, 12-17, underground gas utility work will continue along Shaler Boulevard for the week.  Shaler Boulevard will be closed from Ray Avenue to Banta Place for at least the next 2 days. The closure then may shift to the next phase.  The second phase will be closures along Shaler Boulevard between Banta Place and Edgewater Avenue.  These closures will start daily at 8:30 am and finish at 4 pm but one lane will be open at 2:30 pm for school traffic. Local traffic will be allowed access to the areas. Plan an alternate route which should include Prospect / Abbott Avenues or Oak Street and Bergen Boulevard.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Don't tempt fate, that text can wait.  128
