* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following areas, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Lee AR, Mississippi, Poinsett and St. Francis, Southeast Missouri, including the following areas, Dunklin and Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following areas, Benton TN, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, Obion, Shelby, Tipton and Weakley.

* WHEN...From 6 PM CST this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
