Numerous Arrests Made During Collaborated Probation Compliance Operation

LOCATION: Fontana County area and Bloomington
SUSPECT(S): David Rojas, 54-year-old resident of Bloominton
Michael Riddel Long, 53-year-old resident of Bloomington
Miguel Angel Govea, 47-year-old resident of Bloomington
Ralph Roland Ybarra, 29-year-old resident of Rialto
Jesse Brian Graham, 44-year-old resident of Highland

SUMMARY: On December 11, 2024, deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station collaborated with the San Bernardino County Probation Department for a Probation Compliance Operation of probationers in Bloomington and the unicorporated county areas of Fontana.The purpose of the operation was to ensure local probationers were adhering to the conditions set by the court or San Bernardino County Probation.
During the operation, a total of 25 home visits were conducted that led to five arrests for probation violations and new crimes.
Investigators contacted probationer David Rojas and conducted a compliance check of his residence in the 2100 block of Cactus Ave, Bloomington. During the check, investigators located a loaded 9mm semi-auto pistol. Rojas was arrested for the illegal possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and a probation violation.
Investigators also contacted a probationer's address in the 18000 block of 14th Street, Bloomington. As they approached the residence, several subjects ran, jumping fences. Michael Riddel Long was caught and arrested for the possession of over an ounce of suspected fentanyl for sale. Miguel Angel Govea was located and arrested for a probation violation. During the residence check, a Vespa scooter reported stolen from Riverside County in 2020 was located and recovered.
During another complaince check, investigators contacted Ralph Brian Ybarra in the area of W. San Bernardino Ave / W. Bloomington Ave, Bloomington. Ybarra was arrested for his active no bail probation violation warrant.
Also during the complaince operation, investigators conducted a traffic stop on Jesse Brian Graham in the area of Arrow Blvd / Buckeye Drive, Fontana. Graham was found to have a $100,000.00 felony warrant for burglary out of Riverside County and was positively identified as a suspect in the theft of a travel trailer.
All the subjects arrested during the complaince operation were booked into West Valley Detention Center.
