Patchy dense fog and widespread areas of reduced visibility are being observed across the North Carolina Piedmont, the Upstate of South Carolina, and parts of northeast Georgia. If the fog becomes more widespread, a Dense Fog Advisory will likely be issued. Reduced visibilities are likely to persist overnight and thru much of Wednesday morning. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
