PC 311.11(c)(1) Possession of Over 600 Images of Child Pornography
LOCATION: 11000 block of Begonia Road, in Adelanto

SUSPECT: Lucio Vazquez Ramirez, Age 36, Resident of Adelanto
SUMMARY:
On December 6, 2024, Deputy Mora from the Victor Valley Station and Specialized Investigations Division - Crimes Against Children Detail received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) concerning child sexual abuse material. During the investigation, Deputy Mora identified Lucio Vazquez Ramirez as the suspect. Investigators served a warrant to search Vazquez Ramirez’s electronic devices, at which point they found over 1,000 explicit images and videos of underage children, including more than 10 images of infants.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Vazquez Ramirez was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for violation of PC 311.11(a) and PC 311.11(c)(1), in lieu of $90,000 bail.
