* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Lake, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 630 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 428 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Union City, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville, South Fulton, Ridgely, Troy, Obion, Clayton, Cloverdale, Cottonwood Grove, Hornbeak, Woodland Mills, Rives, Samburg, Fremont, Old Fremont, Roneys Store, Wolverine, Crystal and Spout Springs. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
