...IMPACTFUL SNOW EXPECTED THURSDAY... .A storm system will move in Thursday morning bringing impactful snow to southeastern Minnesota and western and central Wisconsin. While snow will likely occur off and on through the day, most impactful snow will occur in two phases, the first focused during the morning hours along and northeast of Interstate 94 and second during the afternoon hours southwest of Interstate 94. Highest totals are expected in west central and central Wisconsin, where 5 to 7 inches of snow are forecast. Elsewhere, 3 to 5 inches of snow are expected.

* WHERE...Clark, Taylor, Buffalo, Jackson, and Trempealeau Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 3 AM CST Friday.
