...WINTER STORM BRINGING HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS... .The storm system is starting to take a southerly track, and thus the band of heaviest snow is also starting to shift southward. The warning and advisory have been expanded southward to account for this shift. Total snow amounts remain to be in the 5 to 8 inch range within the heaviest band and travel will be hazardous.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Friday.
