Winter Weather Advisory until 03:00AM Friday

...SECOND ROUND OF SNOW BEGINNING BY MID-AFTERNOON... .The heaviest snow with our winter storm is shifting into Wisconsin with some breaks in the snow occurring west of the Mississippi River. However, any areas under any snow bands may still pick up a quick 1 to 3 inches of snow. More widespread light to moderate snow moves in later this afternoon and evening and lasts into the overnight hours, resulting in continued poor traveling conditions.

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and central, north central, and southwest Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute.
