Wilmington Police have arrested a Selbyville man in connection with a burglary in-progress.
On December 17, at approximately 7:49 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 100 block of North Scott Street in reference to a burglary in-progress. Upon arrival, police made contact with 29-year-old Hector Rodriguez of Selbyville, who was taken into custody without incident.
Rodriguez has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (First Degree)
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution pending further proceedings.
