Police Swiftly Apprehend DUI Suspect Following Pedestrian Incident

On Friday, December 20th, at approximately 9:33 pm, a driver suspected of being under the influence struck two pedestrians as they crossed the street at the intersection of Culver Boulevard and Irving Place.
Culver City Police were on the scene quickly and detained the driver. The two pedestrians sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect’s vehicle was impounded, and the suspect was transported to the Culver City Jail for suspicion of felony driving under the influence, causing bodily injury.
