LOCATION: Bear Valley Road/ United States Highway 395

SUMMARY: On Saturday, December 21, 2024, at about 11:16 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Station, along with Victorville Fire Department and American Medical Response personnel, responded to the area of Bear Valley Road and United States Highway 395, in Victorville for a two-vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, it was determined that a Gray Hyundai Sonata and a white Kia Forte crashed in the northbound lanes of United States Highway 395. An unidentified male and an unidentified female were pronounced deceased at the scene. An unidentified female was flown to Arrowhead Reginal Medical Center.
The driver of the Hyundai Sonata remained on scene and cooperated with investigators.
Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team arrived on scene and assumed the investigation. United States Highway 395 between Bear Valley Road and La Mesa Road was closed for several hours.
