Special Weather Statement until 10:00PM
A light wintry mix is forecast to develop across western Minnesota near midnight tonight and gradually spread east into west-central Wisconsin by Monday morning. Freezing drizzle accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch are possible across Minnesota. Over Wisconsin, snow is more likely with up to an inch of accumulation possible through Monday morning. This precipitation could make the Monday morning commute slick and hazardous. Weather and road conditions may change over a short distance within the alerted area. Because of this, it will be important to travel with caution. Maintain a safe distance to any vehicles ahead, drive at reduced speeds, and use headlights.
