Wave height and power have pushed seawater into the Village.
The Village is closed for public safety.
Occupants of the Venetians should evacuate water-facing units immediately.
Village residents in the 100 blocks of Esplanade and Monterey should shelter in place, or voluntarily leave the Village area.
Closures are in effect until further notice.
