There has been a significant power outage affecting multiple cities including parts of Paramount. Several traffic signals are out on Rosecrans Avenue from Paramount Boulevard to Lakewood Boulevard and on Downey Avenue from Rosecrans Avenue to Madison Street. Edison is aware and currently working to resolve the issue. Please treat all intersection outages as 4-way stops, use caution when traveling through these areas and try to find alternate routes.
