The National Weather Service has issued Severe Thunderstorm Watch 713 until 6 AM CST Wednesday which replaces a portion of Severe Thunderstorm Watch 712. The new watch is valid for the following areas In Texas the new watch includes 6 counties In southeast Texas Austin Colorado Harris Liberty Montgomery Waller This includes the cities of Bellville, Brookshire, Cleveland, Columbus, Conroe, Dayton, Eagle Lake, Hempstead, Houston, Liberty, Prairie View, Sealy, The Woodlands, Waller, and Weimar.
