* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches in northern Elko county, 1 to 4 inches in south-central Elko county, and 5 to 10 inches in the Ruby Mountains/East Humboldt Range. Locally higher amounts possible, especially over the higher terrain locations like passes and summits. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph across the high elevation locations.
* WHERE...Northern Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, and South Central Elko Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
