* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Warm moist air moving over a melting snow pack is resulting in areas of dense fog. The fog should persist through the afternoon and evening. Improvement is expected overnight due to increasing winds.
