* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...Until this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM CST Friday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this morning and continue falling to 5.0 feet Wednesday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
