1. Person Stabbed (1445) 100 Block of Mosswood Avenue, Seaport District
The male victim, 49, was inside his residence when the known suspect stabbed him during an argument. The suspect fled the area, and the victim declined medical attention for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Asian male, 35.
2. Battery on an Officer (1611) 2800 Block of Pansy Court, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the listed location to assist another agency with contacting a subject who was a danger to himself or others. As officers attempted to detain him, he resisted and kicked officers. Force was required to take the subject into custody. The subject was transferred to a local facility for treatment.
3. Robbery (1800) Kelley Dr and Hammer Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 27, was walking in the area when the suspects approached from behind on bicycles. One of the suspects assaulted the victim and stole her purse before fleeing the area. SUSPECTS: Two Indian males, 20-30.
4. Person Shot (2323) 100 Block of West Alder Street, Civic District
The male victim, 44, was near the listed location when he was shot. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. SUSPECT: Hispanic Male.
5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0023) 700 Block of North Airport Way, Park District
The male victim, 39, was near the listed location when he was approached by the known suspect, who struck him with a stick. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment. SUSPECT: White male adult.
6. Resisting Arrest (0358) 1600 Block of South American Street, Seaport District
The victim, 37, was approached by the suspect, who was visibly under the influence. The suspect began to act erratically, armed himself with pipes, and vandalized property. Officers gave the suspect multiple commands for the suspect to surrender, but he refused. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Heriberto Trujillo-Marquez, 56, for felony vandalism and resisting arrest.
