* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ to 5 PM MST /4 PM PST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...These winds will effect US Highway 95 from Marsing through McDermitt and State Highway 51 from Mountain Home through Owyhee.
