* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 259 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
