* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 921 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Hernando, Millington, Cordova, T O Fuller State Park, Meeman Shelby Forest State Park, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Walls, Southeast Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Whitehaven, Downtown Memphis and Southwest Memphis. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
