1. Robbery (1522) Commerce Street and Market Street, Civic District
The male victim, 34, was near the listed area when the suspect assaulted the victim and accused him of stealing the suspect’s property. The suspect stole the victim's property and fled the area. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: White male adult.
2. Weapons Arrest (1740) 1200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a checkout of a vehicle near the listed location. During a search of the car, they located narcotics and a loaded firearm. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Marquise Woodward, 59, for narcotics and weapons charges.
3. Weapons Arrest (2101) Interstate 5 and March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers attempted an enforcement stop near the listed location, but the driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. During the pursuit, a firearm was discarded by one of the occupants of the vehicle. The pursuit ended when the driver stopped at a dead end. The occupants were detained, and the driver and front passenger were arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Tania Zaragoza, 20, and Edwin Arellano, 24, for weapon charges, felony evading, traffic violations, conspiracy, and child endangerment.
4. Assault with Deadly Weapon (2130) 500 Block of West Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 37, was near the listed area when he was approached from behind by the suspect, who struck him with an object and fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
