Reckless DUI Driver Found in Possession of Narcotics for Sales in Rancho Cucamonga

LOCATION: East Avenue and Wilson Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730
SUSPECT(S): Saul Ulloa, 28-years-old, Resident of Rialto
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On December 27, 2024, at approximately 8:10 p.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Station responded to a call regarding a reckless driver at the intersection of East Avenue and Banyan Street. Deputies located the vehicle in the dirt near the intersection of East Avenue and Wilson Street.
The driver, Saul Ulloa, showed signs and symptoms of being under the influence and was arrested for California Vehicle Code (CVC) 23152, Driving Under the Influence. During a search of Ulloa's vehicle, deputies located approximately 1.5 pounds of psilocybin (mushrooms), 9.25 pounds of marijuana, 1.8 pounds of CBD wax, 129 mL of liquid CBD wax, a scale, and several denominations of US currency. Ulloa was transported to the West Valley Detention Center, where he was later booked for CVC 23152 (DUI) and H&S 11391 (Possession of Marijuana and Psilocybin for Sales).
