* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina including the northern
Blue Ridge and the Blue Ridge Escarpment.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
