Activity for December 30, 2024:
- Officer Reynaga and Officer Smith witnessed an assault near West Wesley Street and South Jackson Street. JCYC refused to lodge the 14-year-old male suspect for domestic assault; charges will be sought on the 14-year-old male.
- Officer Bean responded to the 200 block of East Washington Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 39-year-old male was arrested on several outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Albrecht and Officer Hogan were dispatched to the 400 block of South Elm Avenue for a domestic dispute. A 29-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Hogan made contact with a wanted subject in the 200 block of East Washington Avenue. A 42-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers responded to the 700 block of West Michigan Avenue for shots fired. Casings were located in the area. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officer Cantu was dispatched to the 1000 block of Pigeon Street for a personal welfare check. A 25-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
- Officer Cantu made contact with a subject in the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue. A 28-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation, and multiple outstanding felony warrants.
