Special Weather Statement until 11:45AM
Patches of dense fog will continue into the late morning in some places across the area east of the mountains, ahead of a cold front. Some locations reported a visibility of one-quarter mile or less, especially across the area from Greenville and Spartanburg to Shelby and Hickory. If you are driving across the region, you may encounter sharply reduced visibility. If so, slow down and use your headlights.
