12/29 - 2:38 a.m - Jordan C. Swan, 39 of Fairview Heights, arrested and charged with Obstructing Identification, Resisting a Peace Officer, Driving While Revoked, Operation Vehicle When Registration Suspended For Non-Insurance, & Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Incident occurred in the 6700 block of State Route 163. The Smithton & Freeburg Police Departments responsed to assist with this incident, as did the Columbia Police Department K9 Unit.
