* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Thursday night through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
