1. Pursuit Arrest (1051) San Joaquin Street and Worth Street, Seaport District
Officers conducted an enforcement stop of a vehicle for a traffic violation when the driver fled, leading the officers on a short vehicle pursuit. The suspect collided with a fence and then reversed the vehicle towards officers in an apparent attempt to strike them. The suspect's vehicle was disabled, and the suspect fled on foot. Officers used force to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Arthuron Warren, 43, for assault with a deadly weapon, evading, resisting arrest, and a warrant.
2. Homicide (1103) 2400 Block of Gareth Circle, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the report of a person shot and found the female victim, 47, with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
