Update: The missing person has been located and in good health.
The Arcadia Police Department is asking for the public's help locating at-risk missing person, Jeremy Espinoza. On 1-01-2024, at approximately 3:15 AM, Espinoza exited a vehicle in the area of Foothill Boulevard and San Carlos Road, and did not return. Espinoza is 18 years old, 6'00, thin build, blond shaggy hair, goatee, blue eyes, last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black sweat pants, white Air Force One shoes with black logo. Espinoza suffers from a mental health condition.
