* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana Counties. In West Virginia, Preston and Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
