The calendar initially received from Waste Management for 2025 labeled trash only weeks as gold, which is different than years past where gold weeks indicated recycle service. The calendar has been updated to identify trash vs recycle weeks clearly - trash only is gold and recycle weeks are green. The initial calendar was included as an insert within the mailed Ely Expression - the updated calendar attached to this message will be mailed out to residents next week.

In short, disregard a calendar for 2025 if it does not have green weeks highlighted. If your calendar only has gold weeks, it is the old version.
