Deputies Arrest Man and Woman for Discharging Firearms in the Early Morning Hours of New Year's Day

SUSPECT(S): Christian Lewis, Age 30, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
Tiffanie Middleton, Age 34, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga

SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at approximately 12:36 A.M., Rancho Cucamonga deputies responded to a call for service reference shots heard near the 7800 block of Milliken Avenue. The reporting party witnessed two citizens walk out of their complex to West Greenway Park where they fired multiple rounds in the air.
Deputies arrived at the park and located over 60 fired cartridge casings. As deputies conducted their investigation, they contacted a subject, later identified as Christian Lewis, as he stood outside his apartment. Lewis matched the description of the suspect. During a search of his person, deputies recovered a handgun. Deputies also contacted Tiffanie Middleton and recovered a second handgun and a box of ammunition from inside the residence.
Both Lewis and Middelton were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on charges PC 246.3 (a)- Willfully Discharge Firearm with Gross Negligence, with bail set at 30,000.
