Winter storm watch late Saturday-Sunday. Heavy snow amounts probable to our south. Monitor news and weather sources.

Winter Storm Watch starting late Saturday through Sunday.  Heavy snow forcasted to our south.  We have the potential of receiving 6 inches of snow.

Osceola residents should aniticipate the snow ordinance being placed into effect sometime this weekend.  When the ordiance goes into effect there is no parking on City streets, City alleyways, city lots for 48 hours after the cessation of the storm.  Also, all sidewalks must be cleared within 48 hours of the cessation of the storm.  No pushing or clearing snow from private property into the street or on to city property.
