A Review of Road Closure/Detour Projects Within South Brunswick Township

A review of intermediate and long-term infrastructure projects requiring road closures and detours within the township was recently conducted.
Below is a brief synopsis of each significant project, along with a list of affected roadways and areas, and the project’s anticipated completion date.

Kendall Park Gas Line Replacement Project   -   PSE&G
This project, undertaken by PSE&G, involves the replacement of the natural gas infrastructure throughout much of Kendall Park over the course of 16 to 18 months. Multiple crews are working daily, and a concerted effort will be made to reduce the impact of closed roadways and detours on vehicular traffic. When the replacement project is complete, the roadways will be milled, paved, and striped.

  • Raleigh Road
  • Stockton Road
  • Berwick Road
  • Dawson Road
  • Savage Road
  • Pyne Road
  • Russet Road
  • Waller Court
  • Stillwell Road
  • Woodbine Road
