For the Winter Storm Watch starting Sunday, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches and ice accumulations up to four tenths of an inch possible.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 7 AM EST Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday morning through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
