* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 9 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio and central and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and Monday morning commutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: PERRY ... MORGAN ... ATHENS ... WASHINGTON ... VINTON ... WOOD ... PLEASANTS ... TYLER ... ROANE ... WIRT ... CALHOUN ... RITCHIE ... DODDRIDGE ... BRAXTON ... GILMER ... LEWIS ... HARRISON
