Attempted Homicide Arrest 
On 01-03-25 the Janesville Police Department was able to make arrests stemming from the shooting incident that occurred on 12-17-24 at 333 N. High St. Apt. 6. A search warrant was served at 333 N. High St. Apt. 6 by the Janesville Police Department SWAT team. Assistance was also provided by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the ATF Task Force.
During the search warrant, Deonte Foster was taken into custody for Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. Just prior to the search warrant, Cerissa Cleveland was arrested at another location for Harboring a Felon. Both were held at the Rock County Jail on their charges pending their initial court appearance.
The Janesville Police Department is no longer looking for individuals involved in this incident.
