Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. requests the public’s help identifying the below-pictured suspect in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
At approximately 6:17 p.m., a male suspect approached the victim from behind at Hedden Terrace near Clinton Avenue and announced a robbery at gunpoint. The suspect assaulted the victim before fleeing into Mildred Helms Park from Hedden Terrace.
