Remove All Vehicles From Roadways 
Please remove all vehicles from roadways to help City workers plow the streets quickly. Move cars onto driveways, City parking lots, or private parking lots with permission. City lots are located E Locust and East Street or by the pool on Frost.
Heavy snow is expected between 9" to 12" or more based upon NWS forecasts.
Plowing operations may not start until the snow stops. City streets are maintained by Public Works, County roads are maintained by County Road And Bridge or Special Road District, and State Highways are maintained by MODOT Northwest.
Plowing operations are done in a specific way to open major throufares and the side streets.
Instructions:
Remove all vehicles from roadways and avoid travel.
