* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and north central, northwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM CST Monday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM Sunday to 3 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
