For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 9 and 14 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and north central, northwest, and west central Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM Sunday to 3 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
